Embroidered Patches are a great way to promote your business, club, team, school, employees, agency, etc. Patches and crests are available in many shapes, colours, and sizes. To order patches send us your design by clicking on the request a quote button and we will contact you to proceed with the order.
For quantities less than 50, please ask us for a quote.
For PVC, Chenille, and Bullions please request a quote. Minimum is 50 pieces per design.

For quantities under 50 - Prices include Satin Stitch Edge and Scissors cut with some restrictions to shape

Measuring Size
You can calculate the size of your custom embroidered patch using the following formula.
(Length + Width) ÷ 2 = Size
Example: (4” width + 3” Height) ÷ 2 = 3.5”

A1: Twill A2: Felt A3: Velvet A4:3M Reflective A5: Fake Fur
B: Border
B1: Merrowed B2: Heat Cut B3: Scissor Cut
Merrow borders are usually used for twill fabric with regular shapes.
Heat Cut border is suitable for twill fabric with irregular shapes or smaller sizes. Felt or Velvet fabric can be cut by scissors as the borders wont fray.
C: Backing
C1: Heat Seal Backing C2: Hard PVC C3: Double Adhesive Tape & Wax Paper C4: Non Woven C5: Velcro Backing (male & female)
D: Threads
D1: UV Threads D2: Luminous D3: Metallic D4: Normal
UV threads change colours when it is exposed under ultra violet and shows the original colours without UV ray. Luminous threads glow in the dark after absorbing any visible light.
E: Embroidered Area
E1: 30% E2: 50% E3: 75% E4: 100%
